Went to Aspen Dental this past week. They did X-rays and the hygienist looked around in my mouth and said I need a few fillings and a deep cleaning. The dentist comes in afterwards and tells me I need a root canal but they don't do it there so they'd refer me out. She also says I need several fillings and they can do it all that day but I have to talk to their manager about how much I have to pay. Went there to have infected molar removed have dental insurance After getting an estimated bill for $8000 on "needed" dental work, I opted to just get tooth pulled. Then I get an estimated bill for over $350 with insurance, then I'm told the dentist can't do it there but I can go to a different office. I was appalled by the "cost" with insurance. So I search for a "real" oral surgeon and not only did it take 15 mins to pull tooth it was completely covered and no co-pays!!! What a rip off Aspen Dental is and they're very slic... read more
