I just wanted to give a shout out to Aspen dental in Arlington!!! I have an extreme fear of the dentist - but this staff was amazing. Mariah and Faith at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. Instantly calmed my nerves!!! Michael and Asiel are so kind and thoughtful!!! Highly recommend this practice!!!!

Visiting from Oregon and needed to see a dentist urgently due tooth pain. Reception ladies were warm and welcoming as was the cray technician. Dentist was caring and listened to my concerns. After exam it was determined that antibiotics were needed until root canal could be completed at home. They provided great service at no charge!

Okay I went to Aspen Dental on the 5th of April. I had a tooth pulled and a Dental implant placed in my jaw bone, it sounded painful right? Well the truth is it didn't I felt nothing! Dr. Ali and her assistant Emily made sure I was completely pain free and comfortable. I plan to have more work done on my teeth and I can say without a doubt Aspen Dental are my go to for all my Dental needs.

Despite telling them that I would only pay for procedures preauthorized by insurance and to not provide any non covered procedures because I would only prepay for any procedures, they still provided non covered work and billed me for the work they did. They wont be getting paid, because they were warned. I guess running dental scams is their business model. Also, a dentist came in to tell about something that was never discussed with him. Yeah no. Getting ahold of anyone here is close to impossible. I've called numerous times to ask about appointments or rescheduling/cancel and it's been terribly difficult each and every time. I called to cancel my appointment the previous time but was unable to cancel same day. I was told I would not have to pay for anything and then few weeks later I get a $200+ bill in the mail.
