stay away. stay far away. these people called and texted my mother, who has dementia, repeatedly about upcoming appointments she never made. my mother has never once contacted these people. when I called to get information on how Aspen dental got my mothers contact info, it was awful. no one knew anything or was willing to help. awful awful place. awful people, awful empathy for solving problems. awful

Communication is not the best. Waiting for proper parts to come in to fit my dentures nobody calls or updates. What they left me with I can't eat properly. It's been over 3 weeks . And we been doing this since thanksgiving. But they got there money!

Trash place. It's a scam. They don't answer my call unless I use a different number. They took all my information and are not helping in any way. They do not call you back for any concerns. They should be shut down. They just want your money and have terrible employees.

Stay away from this business. They are crooks and do horrible work. Shady, misleading, and the doctor is rude. Do not do a good job and will not refund for work that was not done or work done badly. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Red Flag number 1 This business is not BBB accredited for a reason, but you can still see the numerous compalints. This company has multiple complaints, don't ever use the Google reviews as those are paid. They even have lawsuits against them. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

zeroooooo star!!!!! horrible dentist! they charge you for procedures you dont even do! they also do a horrible job on implants! the front desk people are extremely rude and they constantly push back your appointments. i am over this dentist the second i saw them turn away a sweet little old lady in pain i knew it was the last straw. i also truly believe they are comitting insurance fraud.

I have called this office repeatedly over the last week. Initially, I wanted to set an appointment for my cleaning and filling, but the lack of communication and hesitation to refund me for the services that were not completed, has caused me to sever business with this company and I am no longer interested in being a patient. Aspen Dental have class action lawsuits as they mislead, lie and overcharge. Stay away. Do your research.
