I have called this office repeatedly over the last week. Initially, I wanted to set an appointment for my cleaning and filling, but the lack of communication and hesitation to refund me for the services that were not completed, has caused me to sever business with this company and I am no longer interested in being a patient. Aspen Dental have class action lawsuits as they mislead, lie and overcharge. Stay away. Do your research.
Didn't do anything regarding the tooth I came in for. I paid cash for fillings I wasn't advised of and a deep cleaning I didn't need. Made sure I was advised of the bridge I needed about 5 times. I'm done! It's about the money!

Customer experience was good I admit, but Doctor SAM is terrible he saw my daughter for a root canal she was in great mood because she had been in pain and really wanted it to be over,... he SENT HER HOMe because "He thought" she had lice,, I RUSHED home to check her and make sure and could not find anything, she has dry scalp so dandruff is a problem but NO LICE, she got rescheduled and now she is nervous the nurse was sweet and tried to talk to her but this man is not capable of talking to children, he just saying open wid... read more
