Very curtious and helpful. And the financial administrator Kim saved me a lot of money !
DON'T GO! Go to Yelp and read the reviews I paid $15,000 for teeth extraction and poorly made dentures that took a year to make and the staff is beyond rude and uneducated

because you say you guarantee your product. that is a lie because I paid almostv1200 for my husbands teeth that he kept telling your office that they hurt. and on one visit he told the doctor that they really hurt and she got upset with him and told he she would just give him his money back because she couldn't help me anymore . than finally on his past apt he again told the girls that they still hurt so than someone in the office explained to him that if he paid another 800 he could get better ones. so he left the old ones ... read more
I gave Dr Theresa Mathews 3 chances to get my fud right. 1st set they came out slanted ( you will see in pictures below) so I figure maybe something went wrong when the got bake. 2nd set I cried the teeth was showing through the gums so bad it look like my two front teeth were deformed. ( it was a good thing I ask to borrowed the slanted one) so I gave the deformed ones back to Laney an told her to make sure she marks it down that I returned them an I wanted to talk to the manager Tamara. RecommendedI was very anxious about going to the dentist and thanks to Lexi, an awesome dental assistant, I relaxed and had a great first visit! A great bunch of people especially with new patients like me.

Had a PRRPAID appointment for a consult at 9:30. Got there at 9:30. Stood outside for 25 minutes. Was told I had to wait "because the waiting room is full." However, they continued to take two more people before me WHEN I WAS THERE FIRST. I PAID for this appointment and retreated like I was in inconvenience. I do not recommend Aspen Dental. Terrible insensitive service. If you can only allow so many people in your waiting room then why do you schedule so many appointments close together??? Ridiculous.

Desk help is wonderful. Dentist not very compassionate...
I had dentures made at aspen and they are horrible. Half the time I can’t eat with them and when I do I have to remove them immediately after. They are so uncomfortable
