I made an appointment for a cleaning and got a checkup instead. Although the checkup was thorough, it wasn't what I came in for. Then the hygienist said I needed a deep cleaning (at an additional $300.00). I said I wanted a basic cleaning and they refused. There is more but it was the same type of thing - lots of high-pressure upselling and very little listening. I will find another dentist who is more concerned about patients than about money.
I first went to Aspen Dental in attleboro over a year ago. At that time I had a consolation and was told I need to have a two step cleaning process and a take home tooth paste to use. I went to my next appointment and they completely missed the type of cleaning I was supposed to have and I never received the take home medication. Also while sitting in the chair and looking at the screen in front of me, they had all patient information displayed of upcoming appointments (not protecting confidentiality at all). worst plave to go. They say one thing and do another. I have a message of what the lady told me and she is saying I am lying about the context of the call. Poor quality. Horrible offive staff. Asked to speak to manager and she wouldn't even speak to me.Will call Better Business Bureau. Beware find somewhere else they are horrible. Then their phone is off all day and they lie about that too!!!
Very bad. While I was waiting 1/2hr I received a text saying that hope to see you today,The hygienic called me and cleaned my teeth and took ex rays the dentist came in told me that he didn't see any cavity,but I have one under my cap,then I waited for 1/2hr for the hygienic to come,I stood up and said I can't wait any longer,the helper came said that the hygienic is very busy,tried to schedule an appointment for me to get my teeth clean. The staff at this office are friendly and helpful, my only complaint is with the website, which they have no control over. I made an appointment, so they sent me a link to fill out my patient information on their website. You cannot do anything at all on their website unless you have an account number, which, as a new patient, I do not have. The password has to have a capital, lowercase, number, symbol, and you are required to give a safety question, but can only choose from questions that I don't have answers for. It was a ... read more

Over promise and under deliver Have yet to receive my permanent plates. My temporary has cracked 3 times. The repair process can apparently take months. None of which is explained when your being told, what a great organization they are. They have 1 technician. That's correct. One technician. So if you need teeth.
