Had my initial appoint on 1/24. Spent 2 hours in the office and walked away with no cleaning. I understand that at initial appointments exams and X-rays need to be taken. The X-rays alone took an hour I feel due to an incompetent or new technician. Several times she had to ask others for assistance in getting the accurate shot. Needless to say I will get my cleaning done on Monday but I won’t be a return patient afterwards.

I could go on for days about the inadequacies and incompetencies and lack of care provided by aspen dental companies. I was basically forced to buy crowns for them. More importantly I was billed purchasing partials was charged out of pocket first. I made the mistake upon partials with one of the companies for which I was billed out-of-pocket first my interest was never preapproved. Richard Pryor policy is required. RecommendedIm in so much pain after 9 teeth pulled and you assured me my prescription would be called in early not to worry.You called in ibuprofen! Then told my husband you would call in Something else..you did not and you left for the day This whole experience with Aspen Dental from the changed appointments due to your plumbing issues to a month later telling me you dont give gas to ease you ..just numbing jell and even though my bill paid in advance fully you state to be put to sleep i will have to wait another month for your spec... read more
I’m a little annoyed. I went in last week knowing I needed a root canal and a deep clean sure enough that was the case among other things. I was supposed to get a call Monday on what my cost would be after my visit with my dental discount plan and I haven’t heard from anyone. But I’ve gotten 20+ emails about rating them. So here it is.
Dentist was rude an abrasive, seemed like answering questions was an inconvenience for her. Did not initially explain why the treatment plan would be occurring. Did not seem to care about patient interaction at all. Would not recommend visiting the aspen office in east west connector.
My husband went to Aspen for an extraction, after the extraction, the dentist felt the need for a bone graft. Okay, no problem doctor. “What’s my co-pay?” Paid the co-pay, got the extraction and bone graft, which Aspen claimed was standard procedure. Three weeks later, we got a bill from Aspen stating we owed $560 for the bone graft. WHAT? Did we not pay the co-pay YOU stated? After contacting our insurance company, we were told that Aspen needs to justify the bone graft, which they still have not done, it’s been 3 months. ... read more
They are very impersonal when dealing with a patient. Their prices are very expensive and not willing to help you with dental plan. It is all about the money or maybe it is just Georgia.
