Super pricey when you don’t have insurance, went for a cavity possibly rotten tooth, came out with a $4,800 estimate to fix my “problem” according to them i have a bacteria ( not true) in my gums, they have to take out my wisdom teeth in order to get to my damaged tooth which is the very next to it (lie) anyways, they try to rip you off which is not fair specially in times of Covid when some of us haven’t work as regularly as posible, they’re not here to help you but to take your money as uninsured customer
False intentions. High price don't help unless you agree to go with procedure. They don't tell the truth! Terrible place

I wanted extractions, they're trying to lure me for cleaning that I don't ask for. it happens at the AUSTELL office. Scammers
You dropped me from your practice and Aspen Dental because your Office Manager was crazy and aggressive with me. Now I have had to go 4 months without my denture fittings. Aspen Dental is so bad. Wouldn't honor their own warranty even though none of this was my fault. Shame on you for fooling all the public.
I went to have two teeth removed, they advised me that i needed my remaing six removed, two of which had post and crowns, paid upfront 2620.00 up front, for extractions and a lower denture. The dentist broke the two that had crowns, so i had bone slivers that over the next several months co tinued to erupt through gums. They tried to fit me with the denture they made but the girl kept grinding pieces off trying to make it fit. It was finally trashed cause she said there wasnt enough of it left to work. Rip off!!!! I just left this location. I was told that I had periodontal disease and needed a special cleaning and treatment. These people wanted to charge me $1380 for antibiotics and $68 for parts of the deep cleaning not covered by my insurance. They refused to offer me a different less expensive antibiotic and refused to allow me to have services without this ridiculously priced medication.
