The Dentist and his staff all are very willing to help an take the time to explain all options that are available. I was expecting to have to make a second appointment as I needed two teeth extracted. They explained as they were on the same side of the mouth and basically on top of each other that it could be done in one setting. It was. I still have other dental work to be done, but I am no longer in pain

Great patient care and the staff is so compassionate. I am terrified of the dentist, had a horrible experience years ago but the staff here calmed my fears. Dr. Hiatt is knowledgeable and very kind. I walked in with a split back tooth because I grind my teeth at night and he took me in immediately, they were about to close but still helped me. I was in tears my tooth hurt so bad. Excellent family atmosphere.
I've never had anything but positive visits with the folks at the Bartlesville location. They are friendly, professional, and courteous. Always wiling to help with financial support and even some humor tossed in. Great dental office!
My first visit I was apprehensive due to prior dental work. The staff was polite and very courteous. In one visit I was set up on a payment plan and will have my new dentures in a week. Awesome experience.

The first time I came in, there were a few things I didn't feel happy about but the manager and team were eager to rectify my unhappiness. They worked with me regarding a payment plan and thankfully I got the painful tooth pulled! The staff is very friendly and the dentist was very talented. Went in for a second opinion on some dental work I need. I'm glad I did this. Saved me a lot of money and also avoided additional work on my teeth. I'm still having work done, just not as much.

Broke 2 teeth and they examined them and advised me of repairs and had them ready in a timely manner. The staff was pretty good too.
