Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. So I needed a partial…. I waited for the “best option” which was made with metal and not acrylic. I waited like 6-8 weeks for all the materials etc … yea it was during COVID but that wasn’t the issue…. I waited for the best thing available and patiently. I got fillings in February and the partial was loose so it was adjusted after the fillings. I then had them readjusted (tightened) like in August. DO NOT GO HERE! I am sure the doctors here are wonderful! However, the office staff is extremely RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. My spouse had a wisdom tooth extraction and had scheduled both the consultation and extraction earlier in July. He had completed the consultation at their Greece office. When we arrived at the Batavia office they did not have him scheduled. She Stated we must have canceled the appointment. Which, we did not. we had both taken time off work that we cannot get back. I asked the dentist about a procedure I’d like done and was told it was too expensive for me. I immediately felt offended as I would have been able to pay in full. My concerns and wishes were completely dismissed and the secretary I believe her name was Ashley was rude, yelled at me and intentionally made me wait longer because I had voiced I needed to make it to another appointment on time. They need to be totally transparent about all the individual fees before financial papers are signed. I feel I was taken advantage of and it was deliberately done. I liked the staff and I liked that there was no negative comments made about my dental history. I am terribly hurt I thought I had found a place to have my dental work done. Now I cannot trust them to be completely honest.
