First person I met was the dental assistant. She was great from doing all the x-rays to talking me through what they were going to do at the appointment. The office manager Megan was so great, she explained everything to me in detail that was a true Manger! Then before I knew it I was having my teeth deep cleaned by someone who was so good I really never felt anything. She was done with the deep cleaning in no time and no pain. Had a consult 4 years ago and didn’t have good experience. I thought I’d try once again, this time for a cleaning. Big mistake. Had to have exam and X-rays first. I waited for an hour. I was told they were behind. The Dental assistant was not personable and I wasn’t impressed with the doctor at all. Was told I had to have a tooth extracted that couldn’t be fixed, then an implant done. I was quoted over 4K. Went to my mothers dentist and had better news. Worse place for a bridge then promised to redo it no cost then without warning decided not to and refunded my $$ but now I’m stuck with crappy work😡😡😡😡😡

Have to say the x-ray girl was wonderful. But after that they took me back to wait for dentist.......and waited.....and waited. Saw absolutely NO one for FORTY FIVE minutes. Not to check on me, not to tell me anything. Was going to wait five minutes and get up and leave. Finally saw dentist. Gave me a couple options. Then up to front desk. Way high prices.

The office personal are great but after a quote of $34,000.00 to do a lower bridge?I wish I would have chosen a dental office with a more experienced dental surgen- I am I such pain no teeth can go in as the sergon left all kinds of stiching I will not have teeth for 6 months I was told , but I was not told I would be close to a overdose of novacaine shots form the oral surgeon I fell cheated and lied to ad I trusted these people now I have never experienced such pain for 15 days they need me to eait until the surgeon can be... read more

girls at the front desk and girl that takes the x-rays are very nice. But that's the only ones. my bridge doesn't fit right there's a big space at the top so food can go in and I can even put part of my finger in it and when they pulled my teeth I had to go back five times for bleeding( they rushed me out of there without any gauze or meds) only to find out they they hit an artery ( if The Doctor Who pulled them had checked on me instead of rushing out he would've seen it )the lady Who put my bridge in was very cold and didn... read more

Not counting my gagging with the X-rays, and the bad news that I'm losing my teeth, the experience was great! The staff was very supportive and understanding, which made a big difference in my visit!

I have to get several teeth pulled, plus other work. The work is beyond the scope of what the resident Dentist can handle, so I have to wait for a specialist to come in, who only comes twice a month. So, I have to wait three weeks to get the work done. They don't prescribe pain meds until the work is done. So, I get to destroy my liver with copious amounts of Tylenol for the next three weeks to alleviate the massive jaw/nerve pain. And now I'm stuck, because other dentists take a month to get in.
