I waited a very long time. Never asked why I was there. They took multiple, multiple xrays that were not needed, with NO thyroid protection on the apron. Not very nice. Will never return.

Be aware! My kids were going here for years and loved it. The dentist and hygienist are great but the office staff screws you over. I decided to come here and got a treatment plan for $1700. Paid upfront and was excited. Went in twice and the third and final appointment they were like “you gotta pay $500 else we won’t see you” They stated the insurance paid less. Over priced for all procedures.
I feel like Aspen Dental completely scammed me. They lied to me, sent me home with an expensive toothbrush I didn’t need (I have a very nice Sonic Care) and all kinds of product which they charged a ridiculous amount for. Please take a moment t and google them. They have so many complaints and lawsuits against them for exactly what they did to me. Customer service and professionalism were disappointing
I was really hooked after my first visit. I enjoyed the staff, the dentist, and the hygienist. I appreciate they have financing options. However, my husband went in for a tooth problem and they referred him out. The dentist they referred him to did two check ups, and charged us for both out of pocket, before they decided that his tooth was cracked and they couldn't help him.
