came in with pain and needed a tooth pulled. first they got the wrong benefit amounts from my insurance. when I told then they had the wrong percentages there they told me I was wrong. at the recommendation of my insurance company, I requested they do a predertimination of benefits. the person explaining the finances at aspen told me I had to contact the insurance company and request that personally. this was after i just had spoken to insurance and was told that the dentist office has to request it. called aspen patient rel... read more
I waited a very long time. Never asked why I was there. They took multiple, multiple xrays that were not needed, with NO thyroid protection on the apron. Not very nice. Will never return.

What Kinda Dental Office That You Got To Pay Up Front To Get A Teeth..Never Heard Of This Before..Going Back To My Old Dental Office..Would Not Recommend This Place..
Be aware! My kids were going here for years and loved it. The dentist and hygienist are great but the office staff screws you over. I decided to come here and got a treatment plan for $1700. Paid upfront and was excited. Went in twice and the third and final appointment they were like “you gotta pay $500 else we won’t see you” They stated the insurance paid less. Over priced for all procedures.
I feel like Aspen Dental completely scammed me. They lied to me, sent me home with an expensive toothbrush I didn’t need (I have a very nice Sonic Care) and all kinds of product which they charged a ridiculous amount for. Please take a moment t and google them. They have so many complaints and lawsuits against them for exactly what they did to me. I was really hooked after my first visit. I enjoyed the staff, the dentist, and the hygienist. I appreciate they have financing options. However, my husband went in for a tooth problem and they referred him out. The dentist they referred him to did two check ups, and charged us for both out of pocket, before they decided that his tooth was cracked and they couldn't help him.
