Staff has been very friendly for the most part. Services have been crazy expensive even with insurance. Once I complete my treatment I will probably look elsewhere.

Been seen here for the last 5 years but within the last year the office staff has become extremely rude and unprofessional. It's sad though.... the dentists and hygienists are great. I'm looking for a new place to go where I'm not treated like I'm an inconvenience for making a Secretary do her job.

Falsely advertising free oral exam and push of unnecessary, expensive procedures... First of all, the advertised "free dental exam" is not free if you have an insurance and because everyone should have insurance, the exam will cost you about $300. I feel like calling a False Advertising Lawyer to sue them for this. I went for a clean up and they pushed the Comprehensive Exam and the X-rays which I accepted thinking it was free. I came in with my husband to get his wisdom teeth removed. Once we arrived we were asked to come around to sign some finance papers. Once that was complete we sat down and waited to go back. We waited over an hour for his appt and no one let us know that there was a wait or delay. It was suppose to be at 11 am and we arrived 30 mins early too. He finally went back at 12:20. I really liked this place .The dentist gave the best option. I was so excited about it,But ,I left very upset because my 2 plans does not cover that much..

I split a tooth in half late one evening this week. I went in to Aspen Dental the next morning, requesting an emergency, unscheduled exam and "HELP!" I was immediately seen. Not one, but two oral surgeons worked to extract the tooth. It was not simple, taking 2 hours of their valuable time to remove it. They never hurt me--ever. I had a broken wisdom tooth that needed to be removed (all of them should have been removed 20 years ago but I kept putting it off.) I scheduled my surgery to have one tooth cut out, with the thought that I would have the rest removed next year or so when I could afford it easier. When I actually spoke with the surgeon, the day of surgery, I explained that I thought it would be more cost effective to take out the problem teeth (the bottoms) at the same time, in addition to my recovery and time off work would be better.
