I was frustrated in the beginning because of the long wait I then found out they were short handed that day but the office mgr Alexis made everything great

I don't like going to dentist. I was very pleased with the staff and Dr C. On how friendly and painless every thing went well looking forward to my return finish getting things taken care of getting back and old friend that's been gone awhile, my smile

I took my mother in law who is 87yrs old Aspen Dental in Bessemer Al. Lorenda greeted her with a big smile and was very enthusiastic about her arrival. The Dental assistants were so pleasant and helpful. I love how each one greeted and spoke to her making her experience personal. The doctor was very genuine and truly had her best interest in mind.
