This was an easy and comfortable dental experience. They really care and put your mind at ease.
I was frustrated in the beginning because of the long wait I then found out they were short handed that day but the office mgr Alexis made everything great

I took my mother in law who is 87yrs old Aspen Dental in Bessemer Al. Lorenda greeted her with a big smile and was very enthusiastic about her arrival. The Dental assistants were so pleasant and helpful. I love how each one greeted and spoke to her making her experience personal. The doctor was very genuine and truly had her best interest in mind. I got 3 fillings yesterday and they did great. Barely any pain and they were so considerate. This will be my permanent dentist for sure.
