I never really write reviews like this unless I am truly impressed with a service. I too had been warned not to go to Aspen Dental but I was a little desperate (for lack of better sentiment). I had read the previous reviews and was leary. I am sorry that any one's experience was negative. I need extended work done as a result of a pretty traumatic injury 30 yrs ago. I just moved into the area and looked for a new dental office and found Aspen Dental of Bonita Springs. I was surprised at how beautiful the office is. The office staff was professional and welcoming and the Dental Hygienist, Kari was amazing. I have never had a more thorough cleaning in my life. She was courteous, informative and very-light handed. I think Aspen Dental clinic along South Tamiami Road in Bonita Springs Florida is the worst dental facility I have ever been to. they continually do periorbital cleanings that my insurance doesn't cover. When I talked with the insurance company, they said they needed the X-rays to verify the claim. They called Aspen Dental and the clinic said they couldn't send them. Worst experience ever. Told me that they could do an exam and a teeth cleaning on same day. Got you in and said it was only an exam. Booked me as a new patient when I have been going there for the past 3 yrs but at a different location. Told me I had pre periodontal disease, though dr said only 3 teeth were borderline. Then told me I had to have a deep cleaning and had to come in 3x a year. When I refused to do that they said I could never have a normal teeth cleaning again. Check out experience and pricing. Arrival and check-in experience was a good one. Staff was professional and attentive. Dentist was cordial and prompt and explained all test results. I had arrived for a routine teeth cleaning, but was told I needed to be evaluated prior to that. they offered me a new patient special which included x-rays, which was professional. If I could give this place a negative star it wouldn't be good enough! They took 7k from my father. Got him to finance a 29% loan then when he went to leave still hasn't given us the records. And different Dentist is in there all the time because they can't keep people. The care quality is horrible.

i had 2 teeth removed and cleaning at bonita springs office the office person Deseray. the account manager i assume said all was covered and i paid my co pay. My wife has a root canal done at Aspen Dental. Due to some billing problem in my other dental office decided to change and make appointment for the yearly cleaning. I just wanted a teeth cleaning for my wife and myself. They had a new patient offer of free x-rays and evaluation. I made an appointment with an agent clearly stating that we only wanted cleanings.
