RecommendedI went in as an emergency walk in. I was in excruciating pain. I was seen immediately and received antibiotics and pain medicine to clear an infection, and a return visit scheduled for Friday to address the issue. Thank you Erica and Dr. Tran for your kindness. Best dental appointment I've ever had, and I was terrified and in pain. I appreciate you all.
They were great, it was an emergency and because I was going away way for a week with sons, the Doc got me in that afternoon on New Years Eve and taken care of. All staff was great, Thank You very much! Patrick B. Lyons

This staff is amazing and went above and beyond to take care of my 92 year old grandmother for a dental emergency during the coronavirus pandemic! They cared for her like she was their family and now she refuses to go anywhere else. They are constantly sanitizing and taking extraordinary measures to keep their patients safe. Friday Dec. 20, 2019 I had a dental emergency & all Dental offices I called were closed on Friday, so I asked one of answering services of a dental office what does a person do in an emergency she said Aspen dental was open. So I called & they scheduled me appointment for that afternoon with a wait time to work me in, was there at 1:15 as scheduled & was seen & fractured tooth removed & on my way home by 3:30pm. Aspen is the best Dental Office I have ever been in. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and courteous. The Dental Staff were knowledgeable and so friendly. The whole office was clean and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of picking a new Dental office or starting with them at the beginning.

I am a retired dental office manager. I was at first skeptical of going to a "Corporate" office. I was pleasantly surprised. Pindy greeted me and took all my "free" xrays. I am a non insurance new patient and consider the free exam and films a real gift. I am scheduled for further care and could not have been happier with the care and also the business staff. Sarah made the front office stuff as painless as the clinical. Professional, knowledgeable, and caring.
