the waiting time, i came in to have a hard liner put in my teeth ive been here for three hours, i think before this was done they could have told me i would have to wait this long.. im discussed with this dental place. its not the first time its happend. its every time
I developed an abcess AFTER recieving treatment here. I was in horrible pain for a month and even had to seek hospital care after being evaulated AND re-evaluated at Aspen. I was very vocal about the amount of pain I was in but told I was just fine it was normal..... I have literally called and emailed several times and no one will follow up with me to rectify this. I have a new dentist and I would strongly advise against Aspen for any serious treatment. The services and the communication I have received is beyond unacceptab... read more
Wait time is at least 1 hour after appointment. You are never told while you are there that there is a delay. Until you go up to the desk and ask you are not even acknowledged. I had over $5000.00 of dental treatment there and am so disappointed in there care of patients. You either schedule for their convenience or you will have to take off work. But the door says”walk ins welcome”????

RecommendedWell the system seems to be set up with a protocol system of many people. I'm sure this is only for the first time visit.They give you your monies worth on the first visit with all the pan. & x-rays of each tooth. Next an assistant/ hygienist measures every tooth around the gum area and then the doctor and coordinator come in, the DDS looks at the problem and checks out every possible problem you may have. Tried to get an appointment for an emergency and the soonest they could see me is a month away. They don't stand behind their motto. I won't be using them!
Way over priced. They told me 900$ to remove a impacted molar. I just had it removed for 250$

Do not go here they charge you for stuff you do not need and also say something is free then charge you for it. I'm getting a second and third option on the work they have done and the work they say I still need then I'm contacting a lawyer.
This office is extremely rude... I had a filling done and it was too high.. I went back for the dentist to fix it and he tells me I have swelling and prescribes me ibuprofen...the swelling may be true if it is its bc of a sore jaw from his error.. he leaves the office doesn't tell me if he is done, before he left I told him that I still felt uncomfortable..my teeth don't touch on the left side and they did before he worked on my mouth..
