Not a fan of the new Aspen Dental located at the St Charles Rock Rd and McKelvey! Waited 1 hr (50 minutes past my appt time) and finally went to front desk to ask about the wait time - watched office staff talk, laugh eat cake ...to get an insincere canned response about a procedure running over. Received bills for items that were already paid in the attempts to double-charge me. When I contacted the billing department (left a voicemail), I did not receive a response. Cancelled future appointment to avoid dealing with this nonsense.
I got a bridge done back in May from aspen in pa and it wasn't seated correctly so I moved to mo in June and came to this aspen to get it corrected and the dr didn't take an x-ray and told me I just needed a cleaning. So after going back to the other dentist got my cleaning done. I went back to adorn to get my bridge fixed the rude dr tells me there is nothing that can be done. Let's see, where do I begin. Charging over $900 for a deep cleaning (and they charged Delta Dental and two other insurance plans ). Then they forgot to set up my appt for dentures. Thank God they did. I talked to William, regional manager, and he offered me a $300 coupon. No thanks. And Misty you need to get I u to if the customer service business
The manager Misty was very rude. I could tell she didn't care about my treatment. Just wanted to take my money and run. Definitely did NOT go back! Poor customer service!
