if I could give less than 1 star I would. when I scheduled my first appointment I was very clear I needed a cleaning. then on the call I got my reminder call a couple days prior to appointment the lady was extremely rude and told me no this is just for x-rays. after talking with her she said maybe they could fit it in. on the day of appointment I was told I could not get my teeth cleaned and again the same lady I spoke to on the phone who scheduled my cleaning was extremely rude and talked down to me. I scheduled an appointment with Aspen Dental after my insurance plan changed and was no longer in network with my previous Dental office. After going in for a consult and given a dental plan, I decided to move forward with the plan even though I thought it was extremely expensive. I had to set up a payment plan and you have to prepaid for each service. Again, I wanted to establish with a new dentist and was ok.
