Waited two months to get in they started a procedure on first visit and said they wanted to put a temp fill in hole to make sure it had not reached root to require a root canal, no problem, waited the two weeks and returned for appointment and they did not schedule the proper amount of time to finish the procedure as they told me they would. They also scheduled me with a different dentist who supposedly was the owner dentist of this particular Aspen “quite rude and not understanding or willing to admit they made a mistake” b... read more

The very first appointment is awesome. Very friendly and calls you back right on time. After that I have waited 1 and half hours to be called back, but if not had been on time you have to reschedule. I had to make 9 trips to get 1 set of dentures due to a crooked jaw. I could see two or three but nine. But I can say I have a beautiful set of teeth.

The dentist is rude! I went for a broken tooth with exposed nerve and in terrible pain. She said the only option was to have the broken tooth and the tooth next to it pulled, a temporary denture and then permanent removable denture. Or temporary denture and two implants after 6-9 months. And a $480 down payment before treatment could begin. And I have very good dental insurance. The focus of this practice $$$$$$$$$$$. their sign says walk-ins welcome. But would not see me said it was because of the virus. So I scheduled an appointment when I arrived for the appointment they said I didn't have an appointment and refuse to see me. this is the most incompetent office I've ever visited. Will never visit Aspen dental again.
