When another Aspen Dental Office did not live up to the Aspen Dental motto, I went to the Camillus NY Office where I was introduced to Dr. Reid. Not only did I get MY Smile back but brought tears to the eyes of my 90 Year Old Mother who said, "Thank God you went to the Camillus Office!! May Daughter's beautiful smile is back!!" Any problem or question, they always find a time for me to come in!!
I did three consecutive fast days with them. Day one, checkup and x rays. Day two, teeth cleaning. Day three, ultra-violet laser-whitening and custom fit trays for home maintenance. Dr Reid, Nina and the rest of the staff were excellent. I never waited longer than 5 minutes and I even came a half hour late on day three but they still took me in.
you will never and I mean never in your life deal with a less professional office. I went in for one tooth and they basically destroyed a front tooth and have been so unprofessional. I wish I could have repeated the treatment from their so called manager bc she was unable to handle a customer who wasn't happy. They won't let me transfer to another location. Do yourself a favor, do everything you can to stay away from the Camille's office.

Had an infection in my tooth when I went back after a deep cleaning seen them on a Monday for a follow up and now a week later and I still don’t have the antibiotic. I’ve called every day to have them call it in like they said they were going to. Horrible experience. First time I went there they stated I had to pay all this money to get all the work done on my teeth. They didn’t give me an itemized receipt of all the work it wasn’t until after that I requested it and it showed they changed me $120.00 for a toothbrush! I argued this and they said because I took the tooth brush home I was required to pay for it. I had a surgical consult with Aspen dental in Fairmount in early December. I was in a lot of pain with my wisdom teeth. I arrived that day on time and had all my new patient paperwork previously filled out and I was told to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. I Made an online appointment on February 19th 2019 for a screening on March 19th 2019. On March 14th I was informed via voicemail that there was an issue with my appointment. When I called back, the person who needed to speak with me was not available and I was told I would get a return call around 230 pm that same day. I didn’t get a return call.
