I went into Aspen-Cicero yesterday with a severe tooth ache. I will say the staff there was very friendly. That being said-I was told my xrays and exam would be free (I even verified AGAIN as I was being taken back for xrays). I was told I need a root canal. Then the dentist mentioned that my tooth could possibly be fractured, so she wanted me to consult with their specialist. Recommended20 minutes in and out for a cleaning. No dentist to review X-rays to investigate sensitivity issue. Staff always friendly and they advise you upon check in if any services not covered by insurance.

First question when I made my appointment was "How are you going to pay?" I called to have new partials made because the first pair have disintegrated, my fault, I didn't go back to get the permanent ones. Now they are refusing to make the permanent partials until I get another several thousand dollars worth of work done. I will go to them even if I have to pay cash for my treatment.
I had a chip tooth and I had to wait a month for an appointment and when I finally got in the dentist did not fix the tooth. They were more concern how I was going to pay for the cap than fix my tooth. I went to west side dental and they fixed with in a week of calling them. This aspen dental has nice and clean environment. I feel I was paying for the extras not them fixing my tooth. Of course they had a credit card to help with the payments. Referred me to oral surgeon never gave me X-rays or the prescription they said they were giving me. Have to drive back out tomorrow to get X-rays then drive an hour to the oral surgeon.

Horrible, All about the money! My daughter had an appt. To get wisdom teeth pulled. The room was jammed packed. She finally was called in 2 hours LATE, they didn't speak to her, put her out without instruction. She woke up alone and came out by herself after sedation. No instructions, NOTHING. Packed like sardines for money! Horrible
So unorganized & slow. Let two people go ahead of me because I was getting full xrays & they were getting easy ones! It was already 20 mins past my appt time. Was there over 3 hours and it took 15 mins for xrays & 15 to pull out tooth. And dont go by the website or what price you are told over the ohone! Over $250 charged from what website & the person who scheduled my told me it would be. Total scam. Never ever again
