RecommendedAwesome waiting process to practice social distancing and they provide mask. Friendly staff and speedy service! I love that they have payment arrangements. The dentist matched my crown perfectly and they educate you on your dental health needs. I don’t like those huge xray apparatus 😂 but I get that they are necessary. All in all so good so far.
This was one of the worst experiences of my life. They could not even complete a simple crown correctly. Several office visits, several hours in the chair only to leave with a broken permanent crown and another reschedule. Which now, I refuse to go back. Even though the crown was not finished, I still got a bill in the mail for it. Why? Because they filed the insurance claim improperly. I went here in August 2018 & paid over $300 out of pocket cost, even though I have insurance and have had the same insurance for 10+ years. I got a letter in the mail starting November 2018, stating I owed an additional $300+. I tried to reach out to their billing department several times, but kept being told someone would call back. No one ever did. I contacted my insurance company & come to find out they never filed with my insurance so they were reaching out to Aspen. The woman going over the billing options talked to me like I was stupid. I am not an idiot and she was quite rude.
They get you in with freebies then hit you with high costs. I left with "copy" of my x-ray(s). which was horrible and didn't include all. Went to another dentist for second opinion.
Many people, myself included have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Every single staff member I came in contact with other than the girl that took my x-rays was incredibly unprofessional, rude, & cold hearted to me. I even overheard one woman making fun of me because I was crying! On top of that you all made it clear the only thing you care about is money, not your patients. Hi, Bobbie Byrd here ! Well its hard to say the best thing because it all was the best ! They were very clear on what needed to be done , but not pushy. I got to choose my options I like to make choices like, choices in life. The staff was very friendly , they allowed me to ask my questions, and Im a question person ! they did a good job pulling my tooth yesterday but after I left I felt really sick so pulled off ended up having to be transported to the er by ambulance only to find out I also was sick from pancreatitis.. aspen dental I'm still sick and recovering but will be fine soon thanks..
I'm not the patient here, and I've never been to an Aspen Dental location, but I will never come back if I had another option. My husband needed to get emergency surgery to have his wisdom teeth removed, so I drove him up here from Hiram. We walk in and the lobby is FREEZING, goose bumps all up and down my arms. So when they call him back I go to walk out of the door where my car is right in front of, and the guy tells me I have to stay inside for the procedure. I CAN'T EVEN WALK OUT TO MY CAR TO THAW!
