I was pushed to use an antibiotic that I was later told by a dental professional that was not NEEDED. I left with a 300 bill for cleaning - even with insurance. I was told that the antibiotic was the reason - un necessary treatment. I feel ripped off. I will be reporting to my insurance company, I am sure they are over charging them as well.

Horrible experience. This place is what you would expect next to a sub shop....with sub par staff. BEWARE!

I just left Aspen Dental never to return and neither will my four boys!!! All I wanted was my teeth cleaned and I was fully aware I was in need of other work. I made it clear I was there for a cleaning when I made the appointment and when I showed up this morning. All they do is push their products and services. Very pushy and rude. Never going back and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to stay from these crooks!!!

I will never refer anyone to you people! The doctor was rude and didn't listen! She treated me like I was wasting her time. Ripped 3 teeth out, broke one off, put stitches in and then shoved the gauze in my mouth while I'm crying it hurt so bad!! She finished and just walked out of the room. Sent me on my way crying without speaking to me or giving me anything for pain. I spoke with my old dentist who stated I should have been given antibiotics and at least enough pain meds for a couple days. Now I'm laying here in worse pai... read more

I had a bad tooth I thought, Called Aspen and got right in. Turned out I had food particle making my tooth hurt. I needed cleaning and had one cavity. Got in the next day. Very happy with service and the way i was treated. However, I took the 20% off coupon on my first visit and did not receive the discount when the bill was paid. I asked and was told they were sure it had been figured, but it was not. My only unhappiness. Everything else was great.

I really like all the girls that work there but there oral surgeon Dr Chisholm is a real horses ass I wouldn't recommend him to anybody

I took my son to a visit due to tooth ache and after full mouth x-rays and evaluation it was discovered that he had 2 baby teeth and a molar that needed to come out. They also did a gum check and said that he needed 3 cleanings before the first extraction and again before the second and after the second for a total of $1600.00 and wouldn't do the extractions till the 3 cleanings were completed. I went in on 3/14/17 for an exam, x-rays & consultation. I was told that I needed a periodontal cleaning or all of my teeth would fall out. Mind you I have pretty teeth. And I do understand that things go on beneath the gum line. Also, I have a particular tooth that has been giving me problems & that was the reason for the visit in the 1st place.
