This place is wonderful. In the middle of a 12 hour night shift I broke a back molar, and knew instantly from the pain that I had an exposed nerve. Here it was a Thursday night (Technically 2am Friday morning), I am in sickening pain and unsure if anyone could see me. Another nurse I was working with recommended Aspen Dental. I have a huge fear of dentists due to being screwed over by previous dentists. I had cracked a molar and needed to have it pulled, I fully intended to show up, have the procedure done, and never return. first there was Tammy, she did all my X-rays, she was very understanding of my fears and anxiety. I literally cried in the chair because of the discount, I received! They were all tears of joy!!.... There was a problem with my insurance and they were still able to do a procedure, that was long over do!...😭 I recommend them to everyone, they really do care... thank you so much!!! These ladies took great care of my Son! They have a tremendous bedside manner and really went above and beyond in my book! The Dentist was thorough with explaining the procedure and everyone is so friendly!! This is after extraction.....Thank you Aspen Dental in Carrollton!
