My 1st visit was exceptional! The office staff, manager and Dentist were very pleasant. It was less than 30 minutes from the time I filled out the paperwork, digital photos were taken, and in the chair speaking with the hygienist and dentist. Today, the second day, my appointment was at 10:30 a.m. I arrived 10 a.m. checked in at 10:20 to be askes to come back at 11:30.. one phone call communicating this would have been priceless. Otherwise I love the office experience.

The entire staff is exceptionally kind, courteous, and professional. The office managers take their time with patients to ensure that everything is going smoothly and everything is understood. The doctors are caring and ensure that their patients are comfortable during procedures. The wait times are short , your appointment time is truly your appointment time. These folks at Aspen Dental make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
