The service provided to my mother was excellent. She was greeted by a friendly staff and the dentist was pleasing as well. The only fault we have, is the dentist promised her a particular service at no charge and later we were receiving bills in the mail. She called and spoke with someone who advised her the situation was handled and not to worry about any fees. We received another bill today and it seems we are getting the run around. Someone said they would call back, so we'll see what happens....

I was very disappointed with the service here. Where do I even begin? When I first got there the tech took me to the back for X-ray 's where she informed me that they don't clean your teeth the same day they do your exam. She said they examine you to determine what kind of cleaning you need. My whole purpose for this visit was a cleaning. Red flags started going off in my head. Then I saw the dentist.
