What I do not like about this Dental office is I made an appointment for a chipped tooth and one where my filling came out while flossing. I stated this when I made my appt. however when I got there the dentist examining me does not do root canals. So I have to come back again for that procedure. I had to leave the office the same way I came in. I was very disappointed. I think it's all about the mighty dollar.

I was first there in 2013 for upper dentures went good. I go back yesterday and they do exams and send me back to wait for the doctor who was with another person. She comes in looks at my teeth tells me the lower one's need to be removed. Sends me back out on the waiting room calls me back and said sorry we no longer go with you're insurance. Seriously?

I waited there for 60 minutes. Then walked out after asking the girl how much longer. she didnt know. Won't go back there !

Very inefficient people working at the Cheektowaga NY office, I waited for 3 hours for a consult, I could hear while the girl working there with an other girl talked and joked about almost everything but her dental consult, The prices are outrageous, almost three times the cost of the same exact procedure that I had done just two years before by an other dentist who has recently passed away. Wow. From the second I walked in the door this place was a disappointment. I arrived early for my appointment, and I had already filled out the new patient forms and brought them with me thinking that this would expedite things- boy was I wrong. May I also mention I brought all of my records from my previous dentist including X-rays. I waited until almost 9:30- for my 9a appointment, which I had arrived ~8:45. Dentist is usually late. Had to let them know my time was just as valuable as theirs. For the amount you pay for the services; all hands should be on deck ready to service you when you arrive! If I hadn't already started getting work done, I surely would go elsewhere! The office staff as well as the office manager are pretty nice. Being a Dr with no bedside manners or respect for others time is not someone I will continue to spend my money and time with.
