When I went in, I had to fill out a lot of medical information. And then I had a ton of x-rays. I finally saw the doctor and told her about my missing teeth and she prepared a plan. Unfortunately my insurance company does not cover everything and they wanted me, to pay $6000 and change for one tooth. I cannot afford this. So I guess unless you’re really poor and have Medicaid and I’m not faulting those that do. Or you have to be extremely rich to have nice teeth. Went in for my new patient appointment at this location. Arrived 15 minutes early, as the several automated messages instructed me to do. I arrived at the office at 8:45am for my 9:00am appointment and the doors were locked. Finally some opened the door at 9am,the time of my appointment, and proceeded to have me answer questions that I had been advised by the receptionist AND the automated text message would be completed when I arrived, “15 min” early. Let me save you the headache of even stepping foot into the disgusting money hungry establishment. Went in for an appointment because I had some pain happening in my (what I thought) was my second to last molar. I show up for my 3:45pm appointment a little early to fill out paperwork, I was not seed until almost 5pm with no explanation. I’m writing this with complete and utter disgrace. I have not been to the dentist in about a year and trusted the workers at aspen. I thought they would take good Care of me and consider my feelings. Switching dentists because I could never get in to the office without waiting forever. They won’t even give any records besides some X-rays. Ridiculous.

I want therefore problem my tooth the dentist is banging some stuff on my teeth and told me she can't do nothing so you need to go see a specialist
They are very impersonal and money hungry. Had horrendous tooth pain which ended up being my wisdom tooth. They didn't help to relieve the pain or answer any questions. They just look in your mouth then send you to the lady who takes your payment. Can't wait to find a new dentist.
