definitely would recommend them for an emergency. I don't know why they got such bad reviews here. I was very anxious about tooth pain and they were very accomodating.

Before the dentist could even make the way into the room, whatever position this man was came into the room pissed because MY tooth was broken. Waving his hands around and expressing his anger, like if I was the professional to figure this out or if it was him, regardless he was no one in place to have anger or a decision making. The dentist apologized with the bare minimum saying their employees GET UPSET AT BROKEN TEETH. Redirect this business to YouTube or something to figure out bed side manner.

Wish I read reviews before coming to this office. Despite the "emergency" appointment it took 1 hour and 30 mins in the waiting area which I was okay waiting. After being seen they wanted to charge me nearly $6k for a root canal, crown and cleaning. I found it to be an unreasonable amount so I denied paying, after the lady with the finance information asked "well how much do you have in personal savings" I then felt uncomfortable and was trying to just leave but she kept insisting they have payment plans and if I was able t... read more

This place is terrible! I wish I would have seen the reviews before going there. Go else where. They want your money only . The dentist didn't even have the right tools to do the work.

Horrible Experience - Abigail Brier Only Cared About Money, Ignored My Pain I had an absolutely terrible experience with "Dr". Abigail Brier at Aspen Dental. I went in with severe pain in a tooth that had a root canal years ago, and I had been suffering for days. Brier initially planned to take pictures, send them to the endodontist for evaluation, give me a quote, and then schedule the treatment in two weeks when the endodontist will be available. They deserve way less than the current rating. The staff is unprofessional and the work is garbage. I had or visit the office 3 days in a row for the same issue. They lie about timing and don't care if your service is delayed. 0/10 please take your money elsewhere

STAY AWAY from Aspen and especially Tariq Marouf (seen at their location on 1114 S. Clinton). They are a complete fraud and their only interest is making money off of their patients. On my initial (and only) consultation the dentist (Marouf) did not even look in my mouth. However, what he did do was come into the exam room with his props telling me that nearly all of my teeth needed to be removed ASAP and dentures were necessary. I had a tooth extracted on December,5th. I had a requisition from my regular dentist at another location, for a surgical procedure for the removal of the tooth. On the contrary the dentist assured me that she would be able to do this without a surgical procedure. She then numbed me up and proceeded to complete the extraction.
