They sent me to collections after they had the wrong address on file. They could not even send an email or phone call for over a YEAR. Currently looking into legal action because that is illegal to do. Now I have to hire a lawyer to fix this all because they made a dire mistake. Avoid this company. That's all they do is make up charges and send to collections. They also don't have a corporate number to help either.

Good luck at this place. This is the most unprofessional dentist that I've visited or had communication with. I had dental work performed over two years ago. I recently started experiencing issues. I have reached out on numerous occasions. After multiple calls, I finally reached someone. My information must've have appeared on their caller ID because I was greeted by name. Horrible, unprofessional location. Had a 10:00am appointment that was scheduled months in advance. A few days before my appointment, I received a confirmation text, and I replied to confirm. Arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early only to be told that the system, for some inexplicable reason, moved me to the "unconfirmed" section, even though I had a "thank you for your confirmation" text. This place is the worst place I have ever known in my life. I went in to have an overhaul and told them that I wanted implants. They advised me against that because...they said it would cost $20,000...yet they charged me $14,000 for some patchwork that looks horrible. I called the doctor 14 times to call me back. Unbelievable. I made an appointment over the 2022 Memorial Day weekend for first thing Tuesday morning because I cracked a tooth. I went in for a 10:15 AM appointment and finally saw the doctor after 11:40. After going through the receptionist, completing forms and getting unwanted x-rays, I was led to an exam room where I sat and sat and sat. Then the dentist came in. I was a previous patient and I called in a week before to schedule an appointment for cleaning on Monday at 12. I gave them my updated insurance information and even got a reminder email the night before. This place is a scam. You come in for emergency care,and they try to sell you on stuff you don't need that cost thousands and then sign you up for regular hundreds of dollars treatments, before they deal with why you are actually there. Plus their prices are thousands of dollars too high. Please run from this place
