I've always hated going to the dentist. But aspen dental has really been there for me and helped me out so much. I love going to the dentist now. These people are awesome!!! I can't thank them enough.
I can't say enough how grateful I am to Aspen Dental and the staff at the Colerain location. They have gone above and beyond to give me the perfect smile I always wanted. I can finally smile with confidence, definitely thankful for all they have done to help me out. 5 stars for sure.

Non fitting dentures from your Colerain ave, Cincinnati Ohio location. Dentures have never fit and all I'm told is to use adhesive, that everything has already been done that could be. I will be looking into filing a complaint with the BBB or getting an attorney to have my money returned since you've never provided the service you were paid for.

My wife had an 1130 am appointment. She wasn't called back until close to 1pm. we finished @ 245 pm.
I waited over three hours for the oral surgeon after sitting and watching staff stand around and the manager make dinner plans I decided to cancel my service and leave. Two receptionist and neither could convey surgeon running behind. At no point after waiting over 3 plus hours was I notified that the surgeon was running behind nor was I offered a reschedule for another appointment. My appointment was set for tomorrow got moved up for today and got into the office manger making 8pm dinner plans staff is disrespectful and to top it off i have been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours just to get a tooth pulled.
