My grandma went here to get roots extracted, the tooth has been gone a while but her previous dentist left the roots. So she went to this hell hole to get the roots removed, and this is what she came home with. Never go to this place. And of course they will not return calls. You guys suck, who does this!?

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dentist. Didn't like Dentist before but definitely not now. i went cause i broke my tooth the pulled it felt like they were ripping my jaw out my tooth was not even numb all the way. In horrible pain told to take motrin and tylenol umm it don't work been doing that there last two days. I have never had a tooth pulled like this before and not giving for pain ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE DONT RECOMMEND IT
The people are nice they are way overpriced though I really need my teeth pulled and Dentures but I can't afford $2, 400 veterans should get a discount since the VA don't offer Dental thank you

One particular staff member was so rude to me when I was stuck in traffic for oral surgery and called to tell them I was running a few minutes late. Her name was Julie at the Colerain location. Sat there for an hour and a half before they even made eye contact. One lady sat on her phone texting for at least half an hour. Heard staff complaining about being hungry. When I arrived she didn't greet me. She immediately said you owe this amount. Also she had a tattoo on her arm that read I will keep you crazy. Ghetto as it gets..... read more
Took my husband to the kne in northgate yesturday.. The staff members were sweet as could be & very thouro with our questions and concerns!!!

They cancelled my 1st appointment and didn't call. Reschedule they were running behind. The hygienist was rough and in a hurry she made my gums bleed and they were sore for a couple days. The dentist was super nice guy except he wouldn't pull my two chipped teeth he wanted to put crowns on both to the tune of $2000.00 BUT first I had to have a deep cleaning of my teeth & roots for another $3000.00. REALLY I went in because of my chipped teeth that were bothering me and they find it necessary to sell me something else first. ... read more
I do not recommend this place to anyone. They do not care. All they want is your money. Paid over $4,000.00 for upper plates and they are to big. The dentist will not fix them and they were just made
What do I think of aspen dental? I'm incredibly unimpressed. After they dropped my insurance and me paying over 2000 out of pocket for everything, I transferred to a different dentist because I moved to a different area. Well, they didn't want to transfer any of my information at all, I spent over an hour with them on the phone trying to get all of my information faxed over to my new dentist.
