I am LOVING Aspen Dental! I had my new patient appointment on Wednesday and was able to get a problem tooth taken care of on Thursday. Wait times were non-existent both times and the staff was super friendly and great at their jobs! Aspen is in-network with my insurance so they prices are fine from my perspective. Highly recommend!
Visiting from out of state and a crown, that holds my partial in place, fell off! Important weekend and I was beyond upset! The wonderful staff at Aspen Dental were so caring and helpful!! Got it taken care of, including insurance, in record time! Crisis averted!! So grateful and can now happily enjoy my visit! If I lived here,this Aspen Dental office would be my dentist of choice!! I've been there 3 times and have met with a warm reception and great service. Yesterday I went and I waited no more than 3 minutes. I am a satisfied customer!!
Even though it was a Saturday and I had to have a lot of work done the staff was great and tried to make it as painless as possible while still doing a great job. I would highly recommend them.
It was my first visit to Aspen, and in fact, the first visit to the Dentist in about 20 years. I was impressed that they "gave" - yes, I do mean GAVE - me a full exam with digital photography and a full one on one explanation of the results they found. I was not kept in the dark like I had always been in the past. They repaired the front crown that had fallen out while eating a Christmas ham sandwich and it is as good as new. Well, attempt 3 of putting my permanent crown on my tooth has failed. Now a 3rd impression was taken and I have to wait another couple of weeks for a fourth crown to be made. I have been nice to this point but I am ready to start pulling nose hairs on someone. The Dentist and Dental Assistants are really nice but I'm about to not be.
