I would absolutely recommend everyone to use Aspen Dental for all dental needs. The staff is incredibly kind, patient and professional. They never rush through appointments and they genuinely listen to you. The facility is very clean and accessible. I have a disability and the staff were not only accommodating but remembered throughout the different staff I encountered during X-rays to dental hygiene exam to the doctor's exam and checking out. This first visit took a little longer than expected (2 hours). However, the second visit I was only there about an hour which was great considering what had to be done. I still think they are a little pricey but compared to my last dentist they are more in line with my insurance allowances in most areas.
I went to aspen due to a dentist closer to me not being able to get my work scheduled until 6 months after my exam. Aspen would have scheduled me the same day if I was able, but even as I wasn't available the same day, scheduled me the next week. Also very polite and courteous service. I've found MY dentist.
My insurance company referred me to a dentist in Columbus back in May so come to find out when u r a new patient u have to get on their roster for a month so June 1st was a month so I called the dentist office and they still hadn't got the roster so by me being in so much pain I called Aspen Dental on last Friday and they went right ahead and scheduled me an appointment for today 6/10/2016. They pulled my tooth and everything. The staff is so friendly at Aspen. I am pain free.
Despite the loooooong wait, (which was expected because of their affordable prices) the staff members welcomed me with open arms. Their professionalism was excellent and the dentist took care of me. He made sure I wasn't in any pain and was not hesitant to give me more if I needed it. I had my tooth extracted; the procedure didn't take long at all. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I will definitely recommend Aspen Dental to others.
