Aspen dental called me for a drawing for military appreciation day for a chance to win the work I need done that they know I couldn’t afford. The staff there personally went outta there way to call me one day to tell me about the drawing and they all are very respectful. Even though I’m poor and can’t afford nothing I would go back there anytime to get work done.
I just recently had some dental work there done that ended me with some severe pain. My face swole. I couldn’t eat. Pain radiated from the bottom of my mouth up to my my eye. Seriously. I’ve had TONS of dental work done. More than the usual because my teeth have lost most of their enamel from some heart issues when I was younger, so they’re cavity prone. Already losing faith in this place! They don't return calls. Office manager Andrew seems scattered and unorganized. There seem to be a lot of reviews which have score of "1" ... but no comments, were they deleted?
It was an entire waste of my time. I went in for a basic check up, and after over an hour, the only thing that was accomplished were x-rays! They had one hygienist that was capable of the actual cleaning. I waited around for nothing but to be irradiated. And I unfortunately could not understand half of what the tech or the dentist was saying due to their accents. The entire place seemed so unprofessional and a wreck.
Brought my mom there for her dental pain. The nurse (sorry i forgot the name) and Dr. Jose did their jobs awesome. It is just the office manager. We asked for a copy of the x-ray since the doctor referred us to another orthodontist office, and we did not want to do the duplicated x-ray worked. The OM firstly said the printer did not work properly somehow, and he would send us an electronic copy. But we never receive it (a week after)!!! I have gone to Aspen dental for years. In the past I've received excellent service, as of late there's no compassion there is no customer service from the staff. Dr. Jose is great very personable. I needed to have an implant done that they don't do it there , They gave me a referral. When I called the referral I found out they weren't in network. I called aspen back and they said I would need to find my own in network referral. What??? It is now my job? I'm extremely disappointed.
The dentist was amazing and caring, unfortunately the assistant was not. Any work she did had to be redone, she was not very gentle either. I have to have three crowns and luckily right now the teeth I have are temporary because they are not even close to normal.
