Today I had a scheduled teeth cleaning. I called to make this appointment and made sure they accepted my insurance. Also, when I googled dentist that accepted CareSource, this office was on the list. I made my online account and entered in my CareSource information. I show up to my appointment after getting a babysitter for my 8 month old, and was told that they do not accept my insurance. The customer service you receive at this location is absolutely horrible. They tell you one thing and then do something else. I went for a cleaning today and was told I have a outstanding balance. Well news to me since I paid for services back in June and the man that so called tried to explain it lied! Told me nothing was paid for and they are still waiting on payments from the insurance company. 6 months later? AWFUL experience. They lied to me about my gum treatment (that I did NOT request) being covered by my insurance 100%. They told me I would not receive a bill for anything, and I got a bill for over $1000. I spoke with them countless times about how I was told it would be covered and that I do not have money for this bill, nor would I have ever agreed to the treatment had I known it was not covered. I had a full upper denture put in a few years ago. They had to extract some teeth and fitted me with a temp upper denture until I healed. It was sore for a while which I expected. After I healed I got my permanent upper denture. Have been happy for years. Now I need new one and I can't get a hold of them. I've tried calling several times. It either says call during normal business hours(which it is) or no one answers the phone. It rang for a solid 5 min.

so Aspen Dental is sending my co worker to collections over $1.40 unpaid balance.

I just got my "permanent" lower dentures. They won't stay in, even with denture adhesive! My gums still hurt, 4 days later (I take them out often, and must remove them to eat!)

Although everyone was nice. Their pricing was way out of my price range. I cant afford 12 grand for dentures. I will not being going back.
