I am very displeased with my most recent visit on February 10th. I made an appointment for January 23rd at the Conyers location because I have a hole in my tooth and now it is impossible to eat on my right side because of the pain it causes. The Dentist recommended a Route Canal and a gingivitis treatment which was scheduled for February 10th(today). Once I arrived for my appointment I received the Gingivitis treatment and was told my Route Canal appointment had been canceled because I didn't confirm! Here's what pissed me... read more

This is the worst office I have ever dealt with in all my years going to the dentist. There is no point in calling for updates because you will either A) get hung up on repeatedly, or B) get terrible customer service and have to do all of the leg work yourself. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location or a different dentist entirely.
you should not have to wait 4 hours for a consult . My son did not have any work done , only xrays . He was in a car wreck and busted his mouth . They told him his upper plate was broke and still left him sitting for 4 hours . We had to leave , he had other appointments . They said they would call but no call as of yet . this was today 4-12-22 appointment was at 9 am . we left at almost 1 pm with nothing . no next steps , nothing.
RecommendedI became an Aspen Dental patient/client over 3 years ago. I needed to have a partial made for the lower gum. I started in the McDonough office. I wasn't a very happy client. I was left in the waiting room for more than an hour, while the technician was supposed to be doing something with my FULL DENTURE. I never found out what. I was given a discount on more than 1 occasion because of the technician. I did get the partial. It took almost a year to get it done and properly fitted. If you can't afford to spend thousands of dollars, don't go. Staff is nice, but it is a ripoff. I hate my dentures and after 3yrs, they still hurt my gums everytime I chew. I get pus pockets on my gums and have to take them out after everytime I eat. Staff is friendly, but it cost way too much. Not telling anyone not to go, especially if you're on a fixed income or a senior, I just wouldn't recommend Aspen Dental. I have dental insurance, but still had to pay a lot of money out of pocket. Went in for a regular cleaning they wouldn’t give it to me because they said I needed a $1400 special treatment. I will not be going back.
