I felt that the Place could have been much cleaner.
They never get your dentures the next day, And they will put your health at risk plus after they pulled my teeth they never checked with me on medication for pain, never look on the paper to see what meds I couldn't take, And their word at the Douglasville, GA Location Staff member not doing there job
The service at Aspen was great! All staff were excellent! Would definitely recommend them.
As a new patient my first trip was very pleasurable after the first trip it went downhill a staff member Chantel via the phone is rude nasty and belligerent I was mis quoted by more than one person for the same temporary to be replaced. My husband and I were scheduled to come in for our first appointments on a Saturday and we arrived very early. The building was very dark and once it got close to the time of our appointment the building was still dark but we continued to wait in the parking lot. There were also two other patients waiting. I decided to call the number on our email and I spoke to a very nice lady who was an answering service and she advised the office was actually closed. Beware!! You will absolutely not get adequate pain medication!! And you will be lied to about it, because according to their corporate office, the dentists have to protect their licenses.
I did not like the fact that I was quoted a price on the phone and when I got there, I was told that the price was $50 more. I guess the staff was okay, but I'm not too sure that I would run to recommended them to my friends.
I didn't like that we were not seen on the day before in Fayetteville because they screwed up. The Dr. Did get us in the next day in your contents office just 1 1/2 he drive. Customer service terrible. F/u on your own. My husband had complications with pain and partials we went back to Fayetteville and were told they couldn't see him til next week and make an appt. Waste of Money , time and "so called " guarantee !! Went in to get a tooth pulled. Dentist said she couldn't pull it without do this and that and Then some more !! 2 hrs later I walked out with a $5000 bill. When I go back to start the work there is a new dentist ! WTH? ...I have supposedly all the work done , never could get the upper dentures right and I are an egg salad sandwich and broke my partial.
