They were very helpful and professional and went out of their way to make sure all of my options and issues were fully explained, but they seemed a little tied up. I was left waiting for white quite a while before and after the appointment, and got tangled up with a patient they tried to put in the exam room I was told to wait in. Besides their time management issues with a surplus of patients, I thought it was a good operating practice.

About 10:45, i was taken back to the room for my 11:00 appointment. About 11:15, someone came in and said he was sorry but the dr was across the hall doing a procedure. I looked at my watch later and it was 11:30. About 15 minutes later, the dr. "rolled " across the hall on a chair, and ask what my concern was. I told him i had pain on the lower left side. He sprayed air on the left top and ask if that hurt. I said no, it was on the bottom gums. He then sprayed the air on the left bottom gums and ask if that hurt. I said the... read more

I wanted to say thank you for leaving me sitting in the waiting room for half an hour AFTER my appointment time without so much as an I am sorry. When I asked how much longer I was told less then 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, I left. I will certainly being looking for another provider. I wasted 2 hours of my time and you didn't even care. When I asked to reschedule I was told I would have to wait at least another month because you messed up. Not good.

The dentist and the dental hygienists were all very friendly and professional. However, when it got to the billing office after my consultation.. I felt like I was forced into getting a credit card to pay for future procedures that I never even agreed to letting Aspen do. Pam never asked if I planned to get work done there, she just assumed. The prices for the work I needed done were ridiculous. I cancelled those appointments and am going to the U of I for cheaper procedures.

Will never go there after I have heard about Pam in the billing office from other patients. Very unprofessional and inappropriate.. You lost my business indefinitely..

Everyone there is great other than Pam in the billing office. She called and yells at the patients for canceling appointments and was very unprofessional. She then had Dr.scott sign off on booting patients with whatever she has made up to the staff. I will NEVER be going here... Also, this was my friend it happened too... Your loosing business with word of mouth.

Starting to lose confidence in this place. "Forgot" to place a filling in June. Came today for an appointment I've had for a month just to find out I wasn't even on the schedule. I used to think everyone here was friendly, but that stops past the front desk. The front desk girl was new, but extremely pleasant. Other than that, not so pleased anymore.
