Bad service and appointments too long
My son have teeth that are falling off the denture they made him. Then they made him another one that gives him an underbite and looks horrible. He’s done he wants his money back but they will only give him 1400 even though he paid well over $4000

$100 for a tooth brush you probably don’t need. Tell me I have 8 cavities when really I only have 2 that are not even to the dentin yet to warrant being filled. So so glad I didn’t waste $600 on you guys. I decided to take a second opinion and saved myself a TON of money. I thought Aspen was supposed to be helpful for the people who can’t afford normal dental help.
You guys convinced me to stop calling other places for my wife's emergency surgery after I told you the situation and that we had no insurance and payday was a week away. You were told this information multiple times to make sure it was known. They made it seem they were waiving fees because of compassion of situation but no it's a ploy to get people in the door. The worst place.They charge double on everything compared to a private dentist office.I missed a whitening appointment and they said they didn’t have anything available and to call the Avon office and then they wouldn’t see me either.They black listed me just because I missed one appointment.The old Dr that did my last few cavities complained about my tongue to the dental assistant while I was in the chair.And I quote “ I didn’t know we were going to have so much trouble with that tongue” before he said that I apologized for... read more
I had the most horrible experience with the oral surgeon at Aspen Dental in Crawfordsville, In.. The man made every effort to inflict as much pain as possible. I will never recommend aspen dental to anyone. Obviously his anger was directed at me personally. Because other patients have never experienced what I did.
Went in there with an awful tooth ache. They pulled it the same day! No more pain. They were also very easy to talk to and I felt like I was at home!
If I could give a zero I would. Three appointments and every one screwed up in one way or another but let's suffice to say YOUR OFFICE COMMUNICATION SUCKS, and YOUR EMPLOYEE/PATIENT COMMUNICATION SUCKS. I'M SIMPLY TIRED OF WASTING EXTRA HOURS (AND I DO MEAN HOURS) because of your ineptness. Switching dentists. Goodbye.
