I'm still in the beginning stages and I'm sure in the end things will work out but my initial visit was very confusing. When I set the appointment I thought I had made very, very clear what I wanted and that there will be no implants of any kind. My gums have been healed over for four years now and they are staying that way, no one is putting holes in my gums. Stay away from this place!!! They will tell you that you need all this work done, I went to my regular dentist and nothing that Aspen Dental said I needed. Aspen Dental is just looking to make a buck!
Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. Came in with horrible pain in my gum, Monday was the soonest I could get in. I haven't been able to eat on my right side since Thursday evening. There was zero regard for my pain in my gum and I was pushed dozens of bonus items. When the dentist finally saw me, he asked what I have been doing. After I told him I've been using antiseptic and Oragel to numb the area to make it to the appointment. He told me that's all he could do for me, and left. Super unprofessional!
