This place isn't a place that I recommend to anyone. They have messed my teeth up and won't fix it. They charge me every time when my teeth are still not fixed and they know that. I've complained so many times to them and they just won't do anything. All they care about is money and not your happiness. You're supposed to go and be able to walk out with a smile that makes you happy and it hasn't made me happy. My teeth still don't fit right and I'm not happy. I went to this Aspen location back in August 2018 for a dental emergency and received a root canal and crown. I had insurance which they processed the procedure through and I paid the balance they told me to pay at that time. I have not had a balance due with them since I was there. I went to a new dentist a year or so later and was told that the crown was not done properly by Aspen. My aspen dental review i am putting on all sites. DO NOT GO HERE OR ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS. THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF AND CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS YOU DID NOT NEED. OR ASK FOR. This place was an absolute joke. I needed a filling and a composite filing they refused to do anywork untill i paid half the grand in full and they went through the charges and they had unnecessary things I didn't need in the cost. I had a scaling, that was fine. I went back to have a couple of fillings put in and a couple replaced. My last filings I think we're in Jan 2020 and I have been in pain ever since. I've gone back 2xs already so they can rectify whatever went wrong. I am yet in pain. I still need the problem taken care of because it is painful to eat.😭

1st of all they need to take their appointments on time almost 2 hours later and just x-rays on a consultation is just ridiculous. The Office staff couldn't have been nicer. Icouod take or leave the doctor.My mother had a broken tooth that need to be extracted immediately which was fine and we will prepared to do that but before we could discuss the next appointment this rude heifer Kim started talking about that my mother needed all her teeth extracted and we needed to get on a plan for dentures. I had a crack in my denture. I was right by aspen dental in crestwood il. Went in and they fixed the crack. Said if I needed a adjustment to come in. I did and they wanted to charge me again to look at them. They do not guarantee there work. Very unhappy

It seemed they were more interested in selling dental services and products than my immediate situation. I needed and extraction and was told 3 had to come out which I am not sure it had to be done at the same time. I was scheduled for dentures when my call was for a severe toothache. My appointment then had to be rescheduled an hour later. I was made to feel like they were doing me a favor by seeing me an hour later.
