The staff is very nice. However the billing is s NIGHTMARE. For some reason I got some $153.00 late charge for a crown. I discussed over the phone. I was told not to worry about it that I don’t have to pay it. Got another bill. I went to the dental office regarding my bill. Once again told to ignore it. I got a bill for $153.00. Called, they said don’t worry. Another bill. Went to the office again. Was told for FOURTH TIME to ignore the charge and it will be removed. Scam of a dentists office worse billing beware before you come here lie
I had went to a different dentist during the beginning of the week. After the visit I was experiencing excruciating pain where a tooth was filled on Wednesday during work. I felt like I wanted to fix the tooth myself like Tom Hanks in cast away. Suffered all day Wednesday with this tooth. Even told my wife, “I think I’m going to need a Root Canal” the current dentist I went to didn’t do them. The Mrs researched a place that would do the service and on the next day. I was 3 to 4 minutes late for my 11am appointment I had to wait 30 for a cleaning and then I was charged 108.00 for visit going to change plan. They have different people behind desks to help you sign in don't know if that a bad sign or not.

My experience with aspen dental the staff made me comfortable, the office was very clean and the feeling from the staff was friendly, best experience I ever had at a dental office. Yes I would recommend the tyo my friends & family

On Friday 2/16/18 I visit the Aspen Dental office in Crestwood. I was very impress with the professional services which they provided. Everyone from the receptionist to the Doctor were Awesome. Make sure you get written statements and clarity from the dentist on the procedures performed and not just clarity on the bill. We are now stuck with an 8-year-old boy in pain for 2 days as of now because of a tooth they extracted but will NOT see him as he needs a “pediatric specialist” (which was originally told to me that was only needed for a single procedure....a chipped tooth in the front).
