Horrible place to go. They dont know how to bill youre insurance and end up sending things off to collections. Would not recommend for even the smallest of things.
Be sure to get in writing that they accept your insurance before doing any business with them. You can thank me later
I do not recommend Aspen Dental in Crossville, TN. They do not know how to summit a claim properly to insurance. I have called them several times since September 2023 to send a W9 to my insurance and my insurance still hasn't received it as of 12/28/23. My insurance has asked them to call and fax them it, not mail it to them. This is for Dental claims for myself and son from March 2023. It shouldn't take 9 months to get this taken care of. This is ridiculous !!
USMC veteran being extremely mis treated due to incompetence and lack of communication of front office. HR amd cooperate also have zero regard for client complaints. DO NOT spend your money here. No wonder why they are facing a 3.5 MILLION DOLLAR lawsuit out of Suffolk court in MA.
Was there almost 4 hours for my first appointment just to establish care. Had to wander around twice to find someone bc I had waited so long. Just needed to schedule a cleaning was then told bc I had the beginning stages of periodontal disease that they could not give me a regular cleaning it had to be a special one. Was then told by the dentist that he could replace one of my fillings with a crown and I could get it done by the end of the year (it was November) and it would go on this year's insurance.
