highly unprofessional and never even called in my medication while I'm sitting here in pain. but after the way I was talked about id rather wait to get it done somewhere else anyways instead of give a dime
Chipped a tooth, went in and they did their checks and gave me a list of everything they thought i would need done and did the care credit financing for it. It turned out I did not need everything they said I needed done. Now I have a 690-dollar credit there and have been trying to get it returned.
First, they say our high limit Blue Cross Blue Shield federal dental plan wasn’t active. I called BCBS, the plan was fine, so Aspen calls them again. Now Aspen says that because we have a high limit no deductible plan they want us to pay the entire cost up front (nearly $2000) because they aren’t sure what BCBS will cover. How can that be? they pulled teeth on a Friday, knowing they are closed over weekend and I had to leave. I have had no top teeth for month now. they will not do anything for me. BUT TAKE MY MONEY
It was one of the dental places that took my insurance. The appointment was for 2:30pm. I arrived on time but had to spend 2 and a half hours there before I was finished. I don't know why it took so long. I needed denture impressions for new dentures. The process should not have taken more than 45 minutes. I am very disappointed with the speed of the service.
Lets just say I'M NOT A FAN.
I can’t understand why my husband was told he could have his teeth filled and then when we went to see the dentist and was told not only could the teeth NOT be filled but they have to be pulled at the cost of almost $9,000 and there was only 4 teeth. I will not only be coming back but I Will BOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!
My mother came to this place to have her teeth removed and have dentures put in... So after healing and they gave her her 1st pair of dentures, they do not fit her mouth at all.. Also come on now she has been without teeth for nearly 5 months. She's not in really good health, and is not able to eat like she should. It's really concerning to me that there is just no answers as to why my mother does not have her replacement dentures. They have been very rude to my elderly mother when she calls about it. This is very upsettin... read more
