Took my mom for an emergency. They wanted to tell you everything else that was wrong with your teeth, instead of just taking care of the problem. To much upsale
Overcharge patients, quoted me 8,500 for tooth implant, had it done at Frazee for 2,500
Aspen helped me a great deal. I had very poor dental practice and they taught me what to do to help with my problems.
The people running the office were nice and friendly, BUT..I went to get a filling replaced that had come out. After X-Rays, nurse inspection and then dentist inspection, the dentist would not fix the lost filling. I got a LOOONG talk about how I needed to have either dentures with all my top teeth removed or crowns put on all 19 of them. REALLY..I came for 1 tooth. All this place wants is money this place wants my wife to pay $824.95 to get her partials redone we dont have that kind of money we are not Rich
I would like to say that i have had an appointment scheduled 2weeks in advance and the day im supposed to go in they have to make a phone call to let me know that they cancelled my appointment just because i didnt know it and they do their job especially when it says they are open from 7-5 today and i want to say im aorry to all aspen employees my appointment was at 3:00 today and they tell me that my partials cant be fixed because of the dog.
