I’m sorry, but who goes to the dentist & doesn’t at least get a complimentary toothbrush when they walk out the door?!?!? Went there for the 1st time expecting a cleaning (no cleaning was done), they quoted me over $3000 worth of work that supposedly “needs” to be done...shady company trying to make $$ if you ask me!
TL;DR version - avoid at all costs, I am still suffering from the shoddy work they did. I went several times over the course of a year b/c they were the only local dentist that accepted my Chicago insurance - the office was constantly running an hour or more behind and even my 8am appt didn’t get called back until 8:30. I scheduled an implant and was kept waiting more than 3 hours with no update, but I had no other options with my insurance at the time, so I couldn’t just walk out.. Don’t waste your time by using them!
AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Tiny office..I told them xrays were already sent over from my son's dentist for his wisdom teeth, but they still took xrays. (Which I am not paying for and is just more radiation that was not necessary!) We saw a dentist instead of the oral surgeon, who I guess is a traveling surgeon and only comes there once a month. Then we waited forever in the waiting room for them to tell me what the pricing was for the surgery. This place is awful. The staff is condescending and the whole operation is one big bait and switch. NOT RECOMMENDED.
rude staff, false advertisement and scammers...do not go there save your money and go where you will be treated with respect and not lied to about costs and promotions
