It took 3 1/2 hours for a simple tooth extraction . After One and a half hours of explaining to me how much they were gouging me on the price . They actually forgot why I was there and tried to just send me home. Overpriced and poorly staffed. Don't believe the commercials . They were my worst nightmare . While I was there I heard an older gentleman complaining about how poorly he had been treated there. I thought he was exaggerating. I was wrong. He was spot on. $8,400.00 for their cheapest Dentures. You people have some serious issues. My girlfriend was in there today to get her tooth fixed and not only did they not do that they proceed to break a existing filling and acted like it was like that. Then the dental hygienist was so rude to her It put her in tears when she told me about this. The most unprofessional group of people I have ever seen. I waited over 45 minutes to be seen by the Dentist. Not properly greeted when I entered. The receptionist thought I was with someone there waiting. Not to professional. I will find another place.

Scheduled an appointment for 3:15. Arrived at 3 pm to fill out paperwork. The waiting room had 6 people in it. I watched as every person was called in ahead of me (some of which were walk ins). Fine, whatever. The issue I had was after an hour of waiting, a lady comes in for her 4 pm appointment and gets called into a room at 4:05. I asked why I was still waiting, and they said they "had me down" for a 45 min- 1 hr wait time. That is how you treat new patients? After two years of wearing a denture that never fit, I visited Dr. Botsco, and have an amazing smile and fit. Dr. Hanson pulled a tooth with infection, and I ended up in the ER. You say you have a money back policy, NOT. If I wanted recycled dentures, I would have gone to a local mortuary. Get real Aspen!!! It was the worst experience I have ever had, and did nothing for my self-esteem or my checking account. Quit your false advertising and do what you say you do!!!

I was going to go in for a consult for an implant. I asked about cost but they could not tell me how much they would bill for implant. They said I would have to come in, but DON'T WORRY, we don't charge for initial visit. After sitting there for 2 hours, I was told that I would be charged about $5000 after my insurance said it would be MUCH LESS. I said, no thanks and left.
